Supporting crypto open-source projects and public goods including DeFi HackerLabs, Funding the Commons, and INS (Institute of Network Society). As Asia Round single booster, reviewed 80+ projects and granted funding to 10 of them through decentralized governance.
Led the transformation from Green Pill CN to Uncommons. Built community governance framework, website, organizational structure and workflows from scratch. Drove crypto knowledge sharing, co-learning, content co-creation, and events across Telegram, WeChat, Discord, and Twitter. Hosted AMAs and crypto side events.
Helped Green Pill CN donate in the first Gitcoin DeSci Beta Round, partnering with Moon DAO on outreach. Planned and executed Gitcoin DeSci Rounds 20 & 21 — GG20 became the first round supporting multilingual applications including Chinese. Reviewed 70+ DeSci projects and led online AMAs.
Built medical knowledge graphs including CCT Chinese terminology set. Designed vaccine ontology and KBQA natural-language QA tools powering Alibaba Health's AI content editor. Delivered vaccine content for Yilu (医鹿) and achieved 20%+ content penetration OKR ahead of schedule. Shipped content tools across feed, WeChat, mini-programs and communities with segmented recommendation.
Managed 64 government projects nationwide; participated in the Luzhou (Sichuan) government bidding. Deployed as city-level lead in Zhangjiakou, Hebei — established BGI's special task force and coordinated with the Health Commission. Participated in COVID-19 testing, Shenzhen newborn hearing-loss gene screening, and Greater Bay Area / Shenzhen NIPT health economics research.
Reporter (2012–2013): authored 60+ articles, Best Reporter of 2012. News Director (2013–2015): as special correspondent for China Economic Information Magazine, reported from the China–Vietnam border — feature "Undercurrents at the China–Vietnam Border" published as cover story (2014, Issue 18: pp.30–31). Honorary President (2015–2016): founded the "Study Abroad Journal" column with 10+ pieces.
